We loved our stay in the circus apartments. It has the most amazing stuff you will ever meet, apartment was roomy, beautiful and spotless with a fully equipped kitchen. Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available.
