Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Here are my recommendation for other travelers:
1) Very clean and luxury kind of apartment. It was fully furnished with almost everything required in day to day lifestyle. Landlord was kind, helpful and gave us a warm welcome.
2) Highly recommended for people travelling with family and especially have their own car.
3) Big LED TV with over 20 hollywood movies in 3D/non-3D version.
4) Free wine and chocolates were served. I like this good-will gesture :)
5) Grocery stores were located near-by

Great Service! We received and upgraded room with access already at 8.30 in the morning! Fine pool and sauna facility. Nice work out room. Great design and comfort and lovely situated in a nice and quiet area with the park & zoo just outside. We had a fantastic stay and warmly would reccommend to others.
