Excellent location, we found the apartment easily, a representative of the owner was waiting for us there, gave us directions to a place to reach by public transportation were excellent, one-room apartment with a very large shower, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the TV tower, a place recommended.

Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time

It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. Location is perfect. U-bahn is just round the corner. -

Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).
