He was also really flexible around our arrival times and helped store our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight out. All our queries before the holiday were answered quickly and thoroughly which was a big help. Correspondence with the owner was excellent. Location for us was superb - a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but just a very short walk to the main shopping area, or to a train station. Completely furnished, right down to the laundry detergent, kitchen, bath, bed linens, reading materials. Lovely decor, small deck off living room, free wi-fi. Charming restaurants nearby on every corner.

Large apartments hotel. Really beautiful corner apartment full of windows, great view at TeleTower. Technics, furniture, equipment, stuff are very fine and new, good well known producers (AEG, Toshiba, etc.). Delicious croissants in the morning. Coffee. Clean, fresh. Large comfortable lift. It was one of my best rooms/apartments abroad.
Well located, between two different subway stations (different lines), 2-3 minutes walk. Alexander Platz is 7-10 minutes walk.

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12.
