  This is a budget hotel given its price (good hotels in Berlin tend to be much more expensive) but it goes an extra mile to be something more than that. The exterior and interior design is very tasteful and cool. Super shower and bathroom, own kitchenette (not used), lounge with dining area and separate bedroom. Very warm on an icy couple of nights in December.   The staff is nice. The room is spacious and comfortable. The price is right. The tram station is a few steps away from the hotel. There is a nice park across the street. There is only one-time cleaning service charge and only after you check out thus daily cleaning is not necessary with customers who don't want to be disturbed.   Awesome Location just on the lake on the middle of the old forest. Wa had a see view room and it was one of the best picture of the morning. Fresh rooms with minimal scandinavian interior. - It's really cosy place to stay. Very comfortable rooms with a beautiful view to the riverside. It's the best value for money, to stay in Berlin.
