  Staff were great and tended to my every need politely. Breakfast was great. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels left.   Very clean. Good beds, good shower. Enough space en very friendly people working here. Basic and clean. If you walk along the road under the railroad tracks it is about 5-10 minutes walk from hauptbahnhof. (Exit washingtonplatz) 3 houses next to the hotel is Don Giovanni, a very cheap but good restaurant. Italian restaurand, with good food for little money and friendly staff, next door made my kitchenett pontless, and i don't regret it. it's very close to many "must see" places. Really 5 minutes walk to Haupbanhoff (with heavy luggages add extra 10 minutes time), by taxi 1,5 minutes to drive. No screaming party drunks were heard in 5 days of my stay. suits very well for families.

  For me this hotel was very good located. Near is shoping area, concert halls and very good Jazz club "Quasimodo". In the road crosses are food and fruit shops. - Nice clean hotel close (10minute walk) to Zoologischer Garten. Good breakfast!
