Det var hyggelig å være der, bra utvalg og fin stemning på frokost sal - The room, bedding and especially the en suite was spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were great. Felt very safe and secure. You go through 2 doors that are always locked before you get to your own room. You have to eat at or take away from "Yuppies" thats next to burg

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the busy Ku'Dam area. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and curteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from ordering taxis to giving local advice. The breakfast is fantastic value for money - just make sure you are hungry! Dinner was also very good value

Excellent modern and clean facilities, v comfortable room and great staff, location was great too - located in West Berlin and about 10 mins walk to Zoo, 2 mins walk to closer u-bahn stop. The room was spotlessly clean, and well decorated. The staff were really helpful, and it was in a good location. I felt super comfortable there and I'd say it was the best hotel I've stayed in the entire trip. If I return to Berlin I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was superb! Fantastic location near the station, you go out
and you can find everything you need at few steps. Huge and cleaned
apartment with 2 bedrooms, a small but fully equipped kitchen, big

We have enjoyed staying in Kaiser apartment and to be honest we liked
there everything. The stares are a little bit challenging but it is
nothing to do with apartment itself. Marko the owner was very friendly
and helpful, he made us discount due to some problems in heating system
which was fixed immediately. Furthermore he had provided microwave the
next day we checked in. We will definitely book this apartment again
during our next visit in Berlin.
