This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. The hotel is a beautiful, family run hotel located 15 minutes from Munich International Airport. The hotel was lovely - we had two room sand they were both beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

It is a perfect place to stay an overnight on the way to/from the airport. 15 min drive, they allow a late check-in, too (just inform them in advance or give a call during open hours). Free parking with many lots, free wifi, delicious breakfast, very supportive and friendly team. Rooms are fine, large and very comfortable doublebed, enough space in the room even if we would need two baby beds to be installed.

I can't say enough about the care and service Maria's staff give their guests, particularly the reception staff. The unit was extremely clean, quiet and comfortably appointed. The breakfast was excellent. Garching is a beautiful village and Munich is only a short U-bahn ride away. -
