  Our flight was delayed and re-routed to Munster so we didn't arrive at the British BandB until midnight.   Very clean, I like the bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Not to much noise. I enjoy the stay. - The most comfortable location in Dortmund : close to city centre, bus shuttle bus from\to airport, railway, comfortable large suites.   Excellent location and great value for money. - The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The double room we were given was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal as it was close to the Christmas markets and a stone's throw from the main shopping street.

  I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The man running it is an absolute gentleman. He and his family run an excellent establishment! I will always stay here when I visit Dusseldorf. He gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to see for the short time we were in town (travelling to Dortmund the next day). Ev - First reaction of the lobby area was the opulence of the décor a little garish perhaps, certainly different (unique) however, the hotel is in a good location, next to the iconic U building, and Westentor U-bahn station, and a short walk to the City centre. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms spacious and well appointed, and excellent vfm.
