Absolutely wonderful.
Tarascon was beautiful and the lady who greeted us matched it perfectly.
She was very helpful and informative and then left us to our own devises only appearing when we needed something.
Tarascon itself is worth exploring but we also used this location as a base to visit so many wonderful French attractions. She had provided us with some homemade jams which were divine. This is a little gem run by Chantal who speaks extremely good english.The apartment has been beautifully renovated and lacks for absolutely nothing. One of the best self catering apartments we have had. Breakfast was included in the tariff and was excellent everything made by Chantal including the yoghurt. A great plus is there is a lockable garage which gives peace of mind.
We managed to leave a set of keys under the sheets and Chantal contacted us by email and then forwarded them to us. We lo.
We first stayed at this lovely hotel almost two weeks ago and were
looking forward to returning there. Chantelle is a delightful hostess
and made us feel like family. The breakfasts each morning were delicious
with many homemade items such as bread, yoghurt and jams. She enjoys
talking with guests and sharing things about life in France.
This is a delightful place to stay and use as a base for exploring the area in and around Tarascon.
Our apartment was spectacular in so many ways. Chantel the owner is lovely and so welcoming. There was coffee, tea, milk, home made jams, biscuits for us in our room. We had 56sqm of space to ourselves. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was amazing value for money and highly recommended as a great base for exploring the Avignon, Arles, Nimes region. WOW!!!!.
The hotel was a delight to stay in. Chantelle the hostess is very
friendly and helpful. She enjoys chatting about life in France and
explained many things for us. The hotel is very convenient within the
town and also to the railway and bus stations with excellent links to
other towns. Our apartment was very comfortable and spacious.
The host is very friendly and helpful. She told us a lot about the lovely village she recommended and various restaurants in Tarascon ranging from luxury to economy. The studio is excellent with living room, garrage, garden, kitchen. It is half an hour away from Avignon, suitable for those who rent a car.

Chantal and Pierre are exceptional hosts. I had an extended stay and nothing was too much trouble for them. They also have a canine surprise who you should ask to meet!.
The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The maison d'hôtes is right in the old town of Tarascon, cosy room with possibility of preparing your own breakfast. there is a garage for the car, but it is not very easy to park.
Mme Tran was a very warm and welcoming host and her house is a delight.
The apartment is superbly decorated and appointed and in an interesting and picturesque town on the banks of the Rhone.
The room was Big! and had everything we needed including a washing machine. It was quaint and in a very handy position. The women running the place was extremely friendly and helpful.

Castle in tarascon excellent.
Very well-equipped and centrally located apartment in characterful old building, lovely helpful owner on-site, garage parking included. Tarascon Castle is fantastic; Tony's pizza restaurant an oasis; The Station greengrocers excellent for organic fruit and veg. Rex cinema is undergoing restoration and looks as if it could be good when finished.

The parking bay is a bit hard to access in a medium or large car. If you have a small car it's fine.

Steep spiral staircase quite difficult with cases.
Narrow spiral staircase to get to our room. We found the location difficult to find and very narrow street and garage access.
Actual town of Tarascon not realy a destination in itself.
Be aware that there is a very narrow and steep winding staircase to the apt.
The rental car we were provided was larger than requested, making it very difficult to park in the garage.
A good kitchen knife or chopping knife would have been good.
