The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff very helpfull and nice. The shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient. Excelent. Strongly recomend this hotel. - The free shuttle to the airport and ease of access to CDG and from there to trains and buses was very good.

The room was cosy, clean and had all facilities that were required. The Ibis airport was a perfect location to stay in Paris because its a lot cheaper and value for money than staying in Paris centre.....which was so overpriced for terrible rooms! Right outside the hotel is the RER which has a direct train line to Paris centre. It was perfect for us to catch the trains around Paris especially from the airport hotel. It was a very comfortable hotel. We got an amazing deal on letsbookhotel.com. The room was huge for Paris standards. Internet price was too high for us to use, but that wasn't a problem, we were just there one night.

Every thing was perfect from the concierge at arrival and reception staff. The staff at lunch time was more than professional considering our late lunch time arrival. The food was superb cook just right. Upon arriving to our room; my husband need medical attention; nothing relating to the hotel. The concierge call a doctor immediately & within 30 min. the situation was under control. Overall an excellent stay. Hotel very clean

We stayed here on our last trip to Paris in 2007 and remembered it favorably. We came back - that may say it all.
This time we were returning from a cruise; previously we had been touring France in a rent car.
Both times this was our final stop in Europe before returning home. -
