  Hyggelig betjening og flinke til å hjelpe - The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. The bar was fantastic and there was a great selection for breakfast. On top of great service and facilities, the rooms (... hva folk sier » and bathrooms) were fantastic. The family room was ideal for a couple with 2 kids and the double room perfect for a couple. - During our stay, my husband became ill and required the services ofboth a doctor and a medical lab for tests. The hotel staff found bothof them for us and was exceptionally kind and efficient. Pendant notresejour, mon mari est tombe malade est il avait besoin d'un medecin etune laboratoire. Tout le monde a ete tres gentil a nous - un grandmerci a tous.

  It's a small beautiful hotel placed in the center of Epernay. Three min walk to Moet n Chandon. The staff helped With restaurant booking and arranged with flowers and champagne for my girlfrind on her birthday. This is the place to stay at when you go to Epernay. - brilliant staff, room really good, there was a problem with the warm water, BUT t... hva folk sier » hey let us use the spa and shower room, NO PROBLEM! Breakfast was SUPER, I asked for egg and bacon and got it,in fact all 6 of us got it, I will go there next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
