  This is an original Art Deco style hotel with loads of character. The room was small but comfortable with the bonus of a large balcony window opening out over the courtyard. The outdoor courtyard lovely and restful. The owner was delightful, very friendly and always helpful. The location is excellent, a very short walk from the train station. We loved our - The location is within easy walking distance of the main sights. The entrance is a little unusual as it is up a passageway between two restaurants, although there are signs. Wifi was dodgy in our room (top floor) but OK downstairs. Car parking is in an underground carpark which is entered just up the street from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants outside on the street but we thought the best was immediately on the right as you leave the passage (cant remember the name)

However, the booking system failed to pass on to the hotel that we needed one disbled access room.   The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.

Hotel has a small swimming pool which was a welcome "cool off" in the 32 degree Reims sunshine.

  Very good value for money. The restaurant food is excellent and well priced. We also stayed here last year and returned this year on our way back to the uk.   Satff is very friendly even though we came in @ 2:00 am we were assisted in a very nice way and got a free upgrade of the rooms. These rooms r spacious, modern, well equipped, layed out and clean. - Staff could not have been more helpful, they supplied maps and tourist info and made the trip really enjoyable
