The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food and service were very good. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway. into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel
room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved
the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds,
the big desk on wheels, the fridge, microwave and tea kettle, the

The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.

The staff were very pleasant, the rooms very clean and only approx 10-15mins walking distance from the main area for restaurants and main line train station, handy to travel into paris. - Perfect stopover hotel on route back from Switzerland. Hotel has a small swimming pool which was a welcome "cool off" in the 32 degree Reims sunshine.
