Eventhough the exterior of the hotel doesn't look as nice, the rooms are very clean, nicely decorated with all updated amenities. The room is big and bathroom is spacious. The rate for this hotel is also very budget-friendly. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at hotel Italia. We will definately stay here again if we are in the area. -

Just like the other remarks about this hotel said, this is a great hotel to stay, easy to find and drive to Amboise from. Hotel is situated in a quite area on the opposite side of the river to the town. A short walk across the bridge and your are in the centre. The rooms were good and we had a ground floor room which opened onto a small area with outside seating which was great as it was hot. No air con but as it was quiet we could leave window open.

The room was spacious with TV and a large en-suite bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean.
The WiFi was good - not super fast but good enough to check emails / browse the web.
Breakfast was good with bread, yoghurt, compote, jams, honey and fresh coffee.
The onsite parking was a bonus and being able to park right outside your room was good.

Veldig vennlig og meget serviceinnstilt personale. Vi fikk rom allerede ved ankomst kl. 1200. Rommet var pent med en hyggelig, skjermet balkong. One of the friendliest places ever! The staff went out of their way to recommend places to eat, help us find our way, and find great things to do. Though the Mirabeau is indeed a hotel, it has all the warmth and friendliness of a very welcoming B&B!
