Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.

Great facilities, excellent location and can ski to the door. -
The Amara/Amena was in general a nice new complex and the service was good. Good parking under the complex. Good access to slopes. Restaurants in the area quite good but a bit expensive. Le Lodge served a very nice lunch duck skewer.

The hotel suite was spacious and excellent for our family of 4. It was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff was helpfull and spoke English well. Everything is in walking distance, including the station, the lovely lake, banks and shops. Staff were fantastic. Polite and helpful. As we were right at the end of the season they allowed us to check out after 5PM so we could shower after skiing before going to the airport. -

Excellent set of equipment in a small space: refrigerator, kitchen, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, shower, toilet, essential detergents, balcony, automatic blinds on the windows, a balcony with a nice view of the Alps, nice furniture.
