  They were very pleasant two nights we stayed in Vallorcine. The first thing we've noticed when we arrived was the kindness of the owner of the house. We felt like if we were home! Clean and well-organized house. Also, we got to taste one of the most delicious croissant back there, that was made by the owner herself. One thing I should mention is t... hva folk sier » hat, the owner was so kind to let us borrow some of the jackets she has when we were planning to go up to the mountains. RECOMENDED - I realy experience something new but it was nice . a clean , comfortable , cozy place to stay in . the owner is so helpful and friendly . i like her kids they are the same ages as my kids . once we met her husband in Chamonix and it was about to rain he gave us an umbrella . i recommended this place for people who are looking for relaxing in mountains and enjoy nature . thank you for makimg my holiday unfogetable .

  Staff didn't speak english, but still we got really good service. The location is just wonderful with the view! Breakfast was tasty. First place ever, where was served oven fresh croissants.

  Very friendly welcome, house in the countryside, a 25 min. ride away from Annecy. Rooms are simply decorated, very clean. Breakfast is nice with local produce such as cheese from the farm next door and homemade jams & yoghourts. Helpful and kind, your hosts will do their best to make your stay a fine one.

I have read reviews that say people wouldn't stay here in the winter for skiing due to its distance from the gondola, however they have obviously never been in ski season as I would say the hotel is in a perfect location as its only 100-200m from both the bus s... hva folk sier » top for the ski lifts (buses come every 10mins for a 2 minute journey!) and the towns shops and restaurants. Overall Saint Gervais is a very pretty an - Lovely welcome, very helpful staff. Simple warm and comfortable room. Superb view from breakfast room.
