  Although not within walking distance to Chamonix the hotel is in its own unique position across from the Bossons Glacier so provides amazing views of that and Mt Blanc and the other mountains. An excellent BBQ is provided and microwave, also all the necessary crockery and cutlery. Plus a dishwasher so you don't need to do the dishes. There is an a... hva folk sier » mazing restaurant close by (Hotel Du Midi) if I remember correctly for the nights you don't want to cook. Parking is not on site but close by. Staff a - The owners were very friendly and provided extensive explanations. This small hotel is totally charming. One of the owners is an interior designer for chalets, and this place could certainly be called a model. There is so much attention to detail, that one always discovers something new to look at. A multi-lingual library is open for perusing, there is a cozy pellet stove, and we certainly loved the hot tub outside with a view on the mountains. We enjoyed the breakfast with fresh crepes an

  Staff helpful but sometimes not available. Good position. Breakfast very good- plenty of choice and generous. - everything! This is a beautiful place; we had probably the best room for a modest price; can't wait to return
