I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home. The location of the hotel is perfect. The Suites are very comfortable and clean and it have all the facility same as what we expect. - Central location on the Champs Elysees. It was a duplex room with a small kitchen. Just wonderfull.

Loved being in the heart of things - next door to the moulin rouge, in
an area of paris that never sleeps. We were four storeys up with a full
length balcony, so could watch everything from our apartment.noise was

Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy.
Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :)

This hotel is located in a lovely, quite corner of the 20th arr.,
Adjacent to the famous Pere Lachaise Cemetery. Rooms have kitchenette
facilities, which helps with costs, since dining out in Paris can be
very expensive, even in modest cafes. The staff was courteous and
helpful, the rooms well furnished and beds comfortable. I suppose it is
the French custom to clean hotel rooms only once a week, or so was our
experience. That was ok for us, since we tend toward neatness in our at-
home lives.
