  I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp.   The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute!
