Stayed at a Classic room on 2nd floor.
Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room.
Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise.
The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial.
Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible.
I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).
They offer for the visitors coffee and tea without limits whole day!

We booked from a courtyard where our apartment had fallen through, in the very nice neighborhood where it and Chomel are located, t 8:30 p.m. Arrived at 8:40. The price was more than a hundred dollars a night less than the others in the area. The front desk person was wonderful. The rooms were small and a bit tired, but clean and the showers were hot with lots of pressure. Good internet.

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.
