  This is such a lovely, small hotel in a fabulous location for touring Paris on foot, centrally located to most of the major sites and attractions. The staff is warm, friendly and most helpful. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet, and a welcome respite from the busy city. The lift does not go all the way to the top fl... hva folk sier » oor, so if this is an issue, request a room on the first five floors. We stayed at Hotel Chomel for seven nights and loved it. We would return witho - We booked from a courtyard where our apartment had fallen through, in the very nice neighborhood where it and Chomel are located, t 8:30 p.m. Arrived at 8:40. The price was more than a hundred dollars a night less than the others in the area. The front desk person was wonderful. The rooms were small and a bit tired, but clean and the showers were hot with lots of pressure. Good internet.

  Plaza Athenee captured the air of romance Paris is famous! I enjoyed my two day trip completely.....till the last touch of hospitality. I will surely return many more times. For me, it was the perfect hotel I'd like to spend a whole month in! If only I could afford that!!!! - This was not my first stay in this hotel and I still like it a lot.
