I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp. Greit overnattingssted for lite penger - Outstanding staff, friendliness, cleanliness and the location is amazing. Very good deals available on this website for the hotel. The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none. Best

Rooms were very clean and staff was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a silver teapot to make coffee in the room:) the location was great, you can walk along one of the most beautiful roads to go to Eiffel. It is located in one of the typical French cartiers, there are not much tourist around, you can feel the air of original French lifestyle.

The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

The staff was courteous, well groomed, knowledgeable, patient, professional, friendly, helpful.
The hotel is well located for a visitor, nice neighborhood, grocery stores, restaurants, open air markets, banking, laundromats, nearby.
The neighbor feels/is safe and it is like being in a familiar community while being in a big city.
