  1. Hotel looked much better than on the photos!!! The furniture was new and modern!! 2. Bed was very comfortable 3. Balcony and table inside and outside was very nice to have breakfast!! 4. For a Paris hotel a spacious room with spacious bathroom 5. Very clean 6. Very very central (walking distance to Notre Dame, Latin District, Seine, etc. et... hva folk sier » c.) 7. Not noisy, even it was very centrally located. 8. Cleanliness was very good! All was clean. 9. Staff was awesome! Very helpful, very nice and - Bus to many locations right outside front door, metro nearby, several sights in walking distance. Hotel reception staff very helpful. i thought breakfast was plentiful, and good value for money at a special price of 6.95 euro (it had been advertised online as 10 euro which was still ok.). the room and common areas were very clean. best of all was the supportive bed for a problematic back.

  A wonderful room with kitchenette, clean, and spacious. Had a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sun. While the location isn't near the main tourist attractions, it is very close to Tolbiac metro. The area is local and not overpriced, adjoining Chinatown. Location at top of Ave d'Ivry meant it's nice and close to the Place d'Italie and all the metro lines/buses it offers. Would definitely stay there again.

  The hotel is great because it is friendly and clean and our room had a great view of the roof tops. La Marais is a very interesting and atmospheric location. It is easy to access the Seine and other places of interest. We especially enjoyed the Jewish quarter and the falafels.
