Very approachable and friendly staff - I felt very welcome. Pretty room with a nice wooden beam feature from the original building, in a quiet area with a window which opens out into a splendid courtyard below. really close to subway and but station. The room is a little bit small
so maybe two people couldn't share.. But nice for just one person.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent, food was
standard but by no means anything to complain about. If you want a
good work out ask for the rooms on the top floor! We enjoyed our
stay, would recommend it and will try and stay there again when
coming back to Paris.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was someone on the front desk 24-7. The rooms were a decent size, with a good shower room, and were very clean and in good condition. The hotel is not luxury but well organized. The bathroom size is good with a very nice shower. The staff is really gentle and friendly. They help my mother with the luggage, inform us about places to eat, markets and buses. The breakfast is very good and you don't have to pay a lot for it such as in much hotels in Paris. The hotel was great, I would say it's a good balance between price and location. It has just everything you need, very basic and rooms are small, nothing extravagant, but its clean and the location is extremely convenient: 2 blocks from the CDG shuttle bus, 1 block from RER and metro stations, 1 block from Lafayette shopping center, etc.

Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station.
2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes.
