Please inform us in advance of your flight number / train information. This will allow us to anticipate delays in your arrival. Please note that arrivals should be between 17.00 and 19.00. Key collection is not possible before 17:00, and fees apply for arrivals after 19:00. For arrivals before 17.00, clients can leave their luggage for free at the property's office (Tuesday through Saturday, 10.00-13.00 and 15.00-19.00). If arriving after 19.00, the following fees apply: - From 19:00 to 21:00: EUR 30 - From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 50 - From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 100 The security deposit will be used to cover any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It is set via a pre-authorization (Visa and Mastercard only). Cheques or cash will not be accepted for the security deposit. The pre-authorization on your Visa/Mastercard will be released after your departure, following an inspection of the accommodation. American Express and holiday cheques are not accepted.
