  We stayed three nights at the Le Deffends de Redon and had a wonderful time with our friends. There were lots to see and do in this area and it was always great to return to this property at the end of the day and take advantage of its different features. Our rooms and bathroom were cosy and charming and stayed cool against the warm weather. We loved the friendly breakfast servi - The position is simply fantastic, with a superb panorama over the Mont Ventoux and the village of Montbrun-les-Bains. The rooms are decorated in provençal style and Laurence & Stephane prepare a rich breakfast - you have to taste Stephane's "madeleines" flavoured with the lavender. They also give advice on where to lunch and other info. Definitely recommended for people interested in excursions to the Mont Ventoux and a lavender tour, since the village of Sault and the Plateau d'Albion with
