It's a beautiful hotel, well-located near the Vieux Port. Our room was front facing, so had a tiny but lovely wrought-iron balcony overlooking the street. The room was clean and simply but nicely furnished with wooden shutters on the wall.

1. Design and freshness, room equipment. The building was renovated. Everything is fresh and rooms are small, but not seems so a cause of smart design. Teapot helps save money for breakfast and supper. Towel electric heater helps to use fresh towel on the beach everyday.

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. The staff was great as well as the breakfast. Lovely room, very comfortable, yet on the small side, but all that was needed. My room was extremely quiet, did not hear anything at all, perhaps because I was on the top floor. Was surprised that it was so quiet because I was on the front side of the hotel on a very busy street

I picked this hotel for it's rate and location, just as a place to overnight before meeting a friend and renting a car the next morning. I was surprised at the value for the money. The room had everything we needed, a good size bed, a kitchen with everything to cook, and a great bathroom even with a clothe dryer. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was great if you travel in or out of the city at a late time, just across the train station, a bit far from the centre though (around 20-30 min walk). -

Everything you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean, friendly employees, felt very safe. We were just passing through, so the location was great as it's just across the street from the central train station, which also has the metro, so you can get to anywhere else in the city from there with a quick subway ride. -

Its location to Vieux Port - literally step out of the bldg and you are there. I was there for the Cultural year - so loved all the additional displays of "animals" and other constructions (MuCEM), Pavilion M, etc. I've been to Marseille a few times before and each visit discover something new. -
