  The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. There was free Wi-Fi internet access available in the hotel lobby.   The owner Elisabeth is very helpful and friendly. She is the best person to meet the needs of any pilgrim in Lourdes. The room is not big but very comfortable and the best of all, there is a chapel in this B&B. There are lots of information leaflets and pamphlets too. We are frequent visitors to Lourdes and can honestly say this was the best place we have stayed in yet. Elizabeth,the owner has managed to develop an hotel which very much enhances the pilgrim experience through sensitive focus on the non commercial aspects of Lourdes.It was a slice of heaven.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

  The hotel is perfect for us we were able to cook and enjoyed our stay so much.The hotel's 2 bedroom accomodations exceeded our expectations, each room has it's own kitchenette , toilets and bathrooms which made our stay truly comfortable and easy.. The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them.
