Nice decoration of room, breakfast facilities, easy access to city by metro, near motorway, sympathetic neighbourhood, friendly, good bed.
The owners met us at the door and where welcoming from the start. accomodation was homely and comfortable.
The owner was superb. Friendly and most accommodating. Quiet rooms in a quiet street.

Breakfast rather late - 09:15 - on a business day. If I stay again, and I intend to, I'd ask for it to be earlier.
Standard of service. Poor standard of accommodation. Lame breakfast. Musty damp smell.
