Check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 and check-out between 06:00 and 08:00 are possible at a EUR 30 extra charge and upon prior request. Check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 06:00 are possible at a EUR 50 extra charge and upon prior request. A rental contract must be signed before arrival. A 25% prepayment will be charged when booking and the balance is due 1 month before arrival. Please note that a EUR 2000 damage deposit is due upon arrival by credit card imprint. This may be used for any damage incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It will be refunded within 10 days after departure if no damage occurred. A security deposit of EUR 2000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
