  The view over Lac du Bourget is superb. Old-style room decoration reinforces a feeling of being in a dream. The staff was very kind and helpful to us.   Basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed here with our two dogs for one night en route to Italy. There was a lake close by for walking the dogs and a nice little restaurant next door for food and drink before going to bed after a very long drive. Receptionist spoke Good English and printed off our directions for our destination with a smile and n... hva folk sier » o charge. Basic breakfast for 8 euros which was fine.   i have stayed in Aix Les Bains before but always in the centre of town. this hotel is a further out and a lot quieter as it is back from the main road, so for peaceful stay this is a very good hotel.
