The location was perfect. The hotel room was newly renovated and though very small had nice furnishings and a very nice bathroom. However, the room floor had not been renovated and that was a distraction. Old, uneven and loose tiles made for a grungy floor. Staff was helpful. -

Great location and staff. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, so I didn't expect too much. The price was right. My room was basic with a TV and my own bathroom. Stayed one night to explore Aix-en-Provence and wasn't intending on spending much time in my room. The wireless internet worked well. The hotel is situated very close to the centre of Aix-en-Provence. The
staff was very helpful and nice. I asked for some hot water to make
myself a tea on a couple of occasions and my request wasn't
refused, which is often the case in the hotels with only two stars.
There was also no problem with having our luggage stored once we
checked out in the morning. The room had a little terrace with a lovely
view. I wouldn't recommend taking a cheaper room with the view onto
the road...

Arrived early but allowed us to book in after checking that the room was ready. Warm welcome, safe parking on site. Room was very nice with a small balcony, clean and fresh. Nicely decorated. 15 minutes walk from the centre of Aix. Good breakfast with a nice selection. On the day of departure we asked if we could leave the car until lunchtime and
