  The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added bonus in the evening. The area around the hotel was car free with lots of interesting little shops and the nearness to Notr - The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

  A fabulous view and a warm welcome. Nothing too much trouble for the lovely staff. My daughter got an extra croissant and I got extra coffee at breakfast and the location is first class.   I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features.   My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Home Latin in February 2013 for one night. We arrived at the hotel around 7:30 am straight from CDG airport, and the hotel had a room ready for us. We could leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. - I liked my room - a single room on the sixth floor, small, well-appointed, quiet and comfortable; I liked the breakfast - yogurt, cereal, juice, eggs, sausage, ham, toast, bread, pain au chocolat, coffee...; I liked the location, close to the sights and restaurants and boutiques of St. Germain des Pres but on a quiet street; I liked the helpful staff. I will definitely return!

  This is not a traditional hotel, but rather an apartment-style hotel with only four or five suites, each with a small kitchenette. Our suite was the smallest – the “studio” next to the office on the second floor (they didn’t have a standard reception desk), but it was exactly as lovely as shown on the website. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. I was contacted the day before arrival to find out what time they could expect us so that they could arrange an "appropriate welcome".
