  Very efficient, helpful, friendly staff. The hotel has been recently renovated with beautiful new fittings. Good food served at breakfast. Great location. - Just a great base for Paris. The Metro is just outside the door. Great Hotel and Saint Germain is the place to be. Would use this hotel again.

Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room. Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise. The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial. Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  This is not a traditional hotel, but rather an apartment-style hotel with only four or five suites, each with a small kitchenette. Our suite was the smallest – the “studio” next to the office on the second floor (they didn’t have a standard reception desk), but it was exactly as lovely as shown on the website. We were given a key (a real one) attached by a chain to a very large heavy square bronz - This apartment was so beautiful and charming, oozing with Parisian style. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. I was contacted the day before arrival to find out what time they could expect us so that they could arrange an "appropriate welcome".
