  We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue.   We are in our early fifties (still 18 in mind) On paper/screen, this hotel ticked all of our boxes, situated a stones throw from the metro it combines the ease of access to the Parisian must sees but still seeing the real city in all its glory. The hotel and all staff were all A*. We are not hotel inspectors but could not fault a thing. Like films, all very personal and others opinions - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had accidentally booked our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10 minutes away

  We stayed in a family room on the 8th (top) floor. It was clean, air-conditioned, had separate toilet and shower and 2 vanities, great views from our room and the roof. We were just 3blocks from the Moulin Rouge where we had dinner and saw the show...fabulous! We had a ball in Paris! - The hotel was clean and secure, although the noise from the street could be heard. We had a room for 4 people and it was very comfortable. The location was convenient to city sites and local transportation. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooftop gave a great view of the city lights!   The staff were so helpful! Whatever we needed or wherever we needed to go, they directed us to the right place. Very close to the underground train and buses. Grocery stores, ATM's near by. The room was spotless and warm every single day. Bathroom and toilet are very clean with the towels changed every day.   The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet.   In a wonderfully vibrant area of the city, the hotel was everything I expected.   The location of the hotel is fantastic - its easy to find and very close to Blanche metro station. Moulin Rouge is just round the corner and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Our room (a Superior Double) was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was firm but comfortable and although the hotel is in a bustling area we found it quiet at night (admittedly o - The location is fantastic, extremely convenient, one minute from the metro station (Bercy) right next to an atm, around the corner from Moulin Rouge and in the same street at Amelie's Cafe. The staff was great too, we totally recomend the breakfast, for only 15 euros you get everything you need.
