  This hotel is in an excellent location. Turn left when you walk out front door to Metro station. About 200 yds. Monoprix supermarket opposite is marvellous - Paris prices of course. Turn right and a two minute walk along the Rue de Bac takes you to the Seine. on the way you will see marvellous boulangerie on left and delicatessen on right (one ... hva folk sier » block up). At the end of Rue de Bac, the Musee d'Orsay is on your left and walk across the bridge in front of you and you're at the Louvre! Turn left - The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

  Plaza Athenee captured the air of romance Paris is famous! I enjoyed my two day trip completely.....till the last touch of hospitality. I will surely return many more times.   I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  We LOVED the reception rooms, smell of sandalwood and warm welcome upon entering the hotel. The sitting room with fireplace, and dining room are just lovely. The wood floors and decor just beautiful...the adorable Louis Vuitton elevator complete this wonderful Parisian boutique hotel lobby. Even the lift was beautiful as it was lined with Louis Vuitton leather. The hotel also smelled wonderful (I know that sounds like a weird thing to say but it really did). My stay there was very special. The location was perfect, about a 2 min walk from the Tower and some amazing shops near by too. It is located near some really nice restaurants as well.
