our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day
of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify
the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and
easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be
mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in
Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10

The staff were welcoming and spoke good English. The rooms were small but comfortable and well appointed and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good by Paris standards. The location was very good - walking distance to Sacre Coeur, Pigale, Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, etc. The Metro was close by so it was an easy location to stay

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.
