The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none. The room was neat as a pin. The Hotel has been fairly recently constructed - Rooms were very clean and staff was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a silver teapot to make coffee in the room:) the location was great, you can walk along one of the most beautiful roads to go to Eiffel. It is located in one of the typical French cartiers, there are not much tourist around, you can feel the air of original French lifestyle.

  The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro.
