The hotel is well placed for transport links to Gare de nord as it is on bus 39 route as well as verty close to the metro station Convention. It is clean well priced for a city hotel with lots of local cafes and shops to buy food in. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay there again. It is a budget hotel, and I didn't expect more than what I saw, especially based on the reviews I read before. For a destination such as Paris, where one spends more time outdoors, it was perfect.

Friendly staff, fairly close to the city center, nice selection of jams in the breakfast. The hotel is nothing fancy but it met my expectations, considering it is relatively cheap according to Paris standards. -

This was our second stay at this hotel. It's very clean, economic and within walking distance of Eiffel Tower.
There seem to be new staff since our last visit, and all were friendly and helpful.

Awesome Hotel, after staying in so many bad hotels, this was a welcome relief, they even upgraded our room on arrival. The rooms were cleaned ever day, it was very close to the Eiffel tower about 20 minutes walk and there were tons of shops and restraunts around, it is also 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. The room was very comfortable and cosy though itz small but I prefer it that way. And the location was great too...10 mins walk to eiffel tower. Breakfast was good value for money since I dun eat pork. I made a good choice by selecting this hotel. - Good area. Close to the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is located 8 minutes from the metro and a total of 20 min to downtown. Staff is very polite. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away. For the price that we gave were extremely satisfied. I recommend!

Very nice place in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, all household appliances works well, including washing machine. Near the apartment there are lots of small cheap ethnical restaurants, two pizzerias and supermarket right in house. It's not far from metro station and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Paris (Champs Elysee). -
