  A person at the reception was kind. - Pleasant and polite staff. Ideal location for our needs. Relatively straightforward to access from the périphérique, with public parking within five minutes walk (€25 per 24 hours).

Was not sure what to expect because some of the reviews were negative, but as a frequent Europe traveler, I found it better than expected and a good value - I mean, it is a 3 star, not a 5 - Hotel is in a lovely location with 2 stops on the metro to the centre.   First of all the location was excellent. The staff in the reception very friendly & professional, the room was spacious, very clean and calm, the breakfast was delicious.   Utrolig hyggelig personale, de var kjempe hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Renholdet var veldig bra, høy standard i forhold til våre forventninger ut fra pris. - Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay.
