  location - close to Metro. Was not sure what to expect because some of the reviews were negative, but as a frequent Europe traveler, I found it better than expected and a good value - I mean, it is a 3 star, not a 5 - Hotel is in a lovely location with 2 stops on the metro to the centre.   First of all the location was excellent. The staff in the reception very friendly & professional, the room was spacious, very clean and calm, the breakfast was delicious.   The hotel is in a busy spot but with the window closed, you can't hear a thing - aircon too, so not too hot during the night. Room was fine, big enough for 2 and we were out and about anyway. Right across the road from Metro and buses and 10/10 for excellent parking facilities - secure, well priced and totally flexible.   Utrolig hyggelig personale, de var kjempe hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Renholdet var veldig bra, høy standard i forhold til våre forventninger ut fra pris. - Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. Staff is very friendly, especially Mohamed. Family member's wallet was stolen at Notre Dame and he helped us cancel credit cards. Hotel is very clean.
