We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. Its location is perfect for sightseeing and the Metro is just a few metres from the hotel, enabling you to access all of central Paris very easily and cheaply. -
