  The staff was exceptionally helpful and all spoke English. It was right next to the metro station and on the main metro line - very easy to travel anywhere. The price was very inexpensive for Paris, and the rooms were very clean, modern, spacious, etc. It is in Bastille, and it is a very exciting part of town.   Location exactly suited our needs - <200m from two different metro staions on 2 lines. Lively road with shops - supermarket on corner. 10-15 min walk to Gare de Lyon. Apartment nicely appointed in traditional french style. Excellent double glazing - opposite a night club and couldn't hear a thing!

  Apartment was very clean, and although not huge, had plenty of space for two adults and kids aged 10 & 7. Great kitchen and separate lounge/dining area with nice little juliet balconies looking out on to the street. Fab lively area with lots of bars and restaurants.   Plenty of hot water; room was a decent size. - The room was quiet, clean and contained everything necessary (even a TV that was not!). Proximity to Gare de Lyon was the main reason of my choice.
