  As soon as we arrived to the hotel we were greeted by a very nice member of staff at the 24/7 reception who was very helpful. The room was clean, smart and much more than I expected for a 2star. After reading some reviews on this hotel - I was slightly anxious about the cleanliness of the hotel - but once we arrived - it was clear that they were w... hva folk sier » rong. The hotel was warm, quiet and really comfortable. The members of staff (inc the cleaners) were all very nice and helpful and even on our last d - Hotel is small and neat. Bed is comfortable. Young man at the reception, Sam, is definitely the brightest star of the hotel. Great value for money.Breakfast we didn't take, but for 7.5euros in Paris there are no much things you can buy. Bear in mind that coffee is between 2.2-2.8 euros, croissant is 1.2, and ordinary breakfast at the street is between 10 and 15 euros. Has everything you need air conditioner, tv, clean towels, soap and shampoo. For 2 star hotel, this is very reasonable.

  I've selected the Hotel Moderne as my go-to hotel while traveling to Paris on business. The value for quality is excellent in a city where you often have to pay top price for mediocre accomodations and service. The hotel is modern and kept very clean, rooms are small but well appointed, shower has very good water pressure, the breakfast is excelle... hva folk sier » nt and at a decent price (10 euro), the staff is very helpful and professional. My room this time (302) was very quiet and facing the courtyard. Free - Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.
