  The location was excellent - a safe neighbourhood and very near Bus 72, which took a route along the Seine right to the Hotel de Ville. The double glazing + air-conditioning meant we had a very good night's sleep. Although the rooms were small, this did not detract from the other advantages of the hotel.   The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful with ticket bookings etc. There was always someone at reception including late in the evening. We were booked into a superior double but were upgraded into a junior suite so the room for our budget was great. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which was an unexpected treat!   Small, cozy and well appointed hotel. My superior double room had three large windows/french doors which allowed for fresh air and light. Small bright sink/shower area was well designed and the rain style showerhead quickly provides plenty of soothing hot water.   Very good location-near Paris city centre, with metro station just in front. Clean, spacious room and toilet. Comfy bed, closet for clothes. Best of all, staff are helpful-assisted me on directions of some sights, plus, they event went out their way lending us their pantry micorwave oven to our room for our entire stay to reheat our food (since w... hva folk sier » e have special diet). Now, that's excellent customer service! - I liked that the room had a nice window that had a cute view (of other condos) and of the Eiffel Tower. I also liked that they had a convenient closet so we could organize our clothes. It was small but it worked because it had areas to put your bulky luggage, etc. It also had a security code, so we felt "safe".
