  Every member of staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the surrounding neighborhood and shops. They were more than happy to take care of our luggage for early check-in while our room was being made up. Room was small but very comfortable.   The hotel was wonderful! Very nice room - much larger than we expected. Excellent bathroom - shower and a nice soaking tub for long days walking in Paris. Super comfy bed and very quiet room (I am a very light sleeper and never heard a sound!). But the best part of the hotel was Vincent (sp?) - he was amazing with great suggestions and even was ab... hva folk sier » le to help us get tickets to the eiffel tower when it was supposedly sold out!! We would most definitely stay there again the next time we are in Pari - Excellent boutique hotel in the most central Paris area! The staff was more than helpfull and kind and they all could speak english, which is a rare thing in France. The hotel was also surprisingly very clean, another rare thing in Paris specifically. The location has also been extremely convenient, everything was on walking distance and we didn't had to get any other transport mean. We will definately choose this hotel again if returning to Paris.

  The location of this hotel is perfect, in the centre of Paris yet in the peace and quiet of L'Isle de Louis. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a triple room at the top of the building.   I liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was comfortable and big enough. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel even provides the guests with umbrellas - in a rainy city like Paris it is definitely a big plus! A perfect place to relax after a long day at work.   Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.   What a wonderful hotel! I go to Paris a couple of times a year, and have tried out different hotels, but now I think I will stay here every time. Not to mention the location, close to everything, 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro, 10 minutes to the Notre Dame, and loads of gre - The hotel's location is perfect. Situated in one of the prettiest and most central areas in Paris, but incredibly private and quiet. The design and interior is a perfect mix of traditional (exposed stone & timber) and contemporary. Very airy, light and spacious. The room had the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate. 5 stars all round.

  The Hotel is locates at a really good place. It has really nice rooms and very helpful staff. - The staff were very helpful in assisting us to book restaurants, providing directions, contacting people when we were having difficulties. The location is excellent.
