The room was very comfortable and cosy though itz small but I prefer it that way. And the location was great too...10 mins walk to eiffel tower. Breakfast was good value for money since I dun eat pork. I made a good choice by selecting this hotel. - Good area. Close to the Eiffel Tower.

Awesome Hotel, after staying in so many bad hotels, this was a welcome relief, they even upgraded our room on arrival. The rooms were cleaned ever day, it was very close to the Eiffel tower about 20 minutes walk and there were tons of shops and restraunts around, it is also 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

We paid a bit extra for the 7th floor suite, well worth it, the staff were extremely helpful & the rooms serviced every day.breakfast was typical French but filling.
Only 4.5 ks from the Eiffel Tower & the same from the louvre.

money.Breakfast we didn't take, but for 7.5euros in Paris there are
no much things you can buy. Bear in mind that coffee is between 2.2-2.8
euros, croissant is 1.2, and ordinary breakfast at the street is between
10 and 15 euros. Has everything you need air conditioner, tv, clean
towels, soap and shampoo. For 2 star hotel, this is very reasonable.
