  The location was amazing - in the best and very cozy district in all Paris, near wonderful Sorbonne, where you can eat gourmet breakfast, also near metro station. It's next to many cinemas and great cafes - everything in one place.   I liked the area a lot, since it was an urban residential area. I had awonderful dinner for a low price at a nearby restaurant, and most peoplewalking by waved at the owners. - easy to find, small room but clean, tasty breakfast..no problems at all..I would recomend Villa Van Gogh

Although the hotel is very close to the main railway line from the Gare St-Lazare, with the window closed there was very little train noise.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate. Nothing fancy and met our needs. TV, non smoking rooms parking garage and easy walk to the train station. Easy to find the hotel however parking could be a problem as there are limited available spaces compared to ration of rooms.
