  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Excellent staff, excellent room and very central location! - THe location was amazing. We walked everywhere from the hotel. There were great places to eat all over the hotel.   We adored the ambience and feel of the hotel. The bar was divinely intimate and lit for lovers like us in mind, the reception area was so beautiful and our superior room was well appointed too with grand windows covered in miles of sumptuous fabric. We loved the decor of the Regina and even though there was renovations happening, we were not at all inconvenienced by them. Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.

  All the staff were extremely helpful. The proximity to transit, and shops was very convenient. It is in safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. - Excellent position.   This hotel is in an excellent location. Turn left when you walk out front door to Metro station. About 200 yds. Monoprix supermarket opposite is marvellous - Paris prices of course. Turn right and a two minute walk along the Rue de Bac takes you to the Seine. on the way you will see marvellous boulangerie on left and delicatessen on right (one ... hva folk sier » block up). At the end of Rue de Bac, the Musee d'Orsay is on your left and walk across the bridge in front of you and you're at the Louvre! Turn left - The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.
